Birthday Parties

Party on the wild side at the Bunbury Wildlife Park for an unforgettable birthday celebration! Our park is the perfect venue to create lasting memories for your child's special day.

When you book a birthday party with us, you'll have exclusive use of our gazebo area, plus, we offer a free use of our barbeque facility.

Our Wildside Parties are designed to cater to the unique interests of children, ensuring they have a truly memorable and exciting experience. The minimum party size is five children, allowing for small and intimate celebrations or larger gatherings.

With an entry fee of $10.00 per child, each party guest will receive park entry, a seed bag to feed the animals, and a lolly bag to take home. For added convenience, two adults can enter the park for free, and any additional adults can join in the fun for just $10 each. Please note that parents who wish to stay at the party will be required to pay the $10 entry fee.

  • We look forward to sharing our Wildlife Park with the special children in your life but for the safety of guests, staff and our animals please ensure that:

    • Children are supervised at all times
    • You notify staff of any planned games to ensure they are suitable
    • Balloons are not brought into the Park
    • Alcohol is not consumed and there is no smoking
    • To enable your party to run as smoothly as possible please:
    • Confirm numbers and provide a list of attendees at least 3 days prior to the party
    • Let us know if you have any special requirements
    • Meet all children at the Park entrance and return them back for collection by their parents (parents will not be allowed into the Park to collect their children)
    • Advise parents wishing to stay at the party that they will be charged $10 for entry

    Please complete and return this form at least 3 days prior to the party date. Booking includes free entry for 2 adults, exclusive use of the gazebo area and there is a free portable BBQ available for your use. Wildside Parties are for a minimum of 5 children.

      To ensure your party runs as smoothly as possible please:
    • Confirm numbers and provide a list of attendees at least 3 days prior to the party. We will be checking off names against your guest list.
    • Advise additional adults wishing to stay at the party that they will be charged the standard entry fee
    • Meet all children at the Park entrance and return them back for collection by their parents (parents will not be allowed into the Park to collect their children)

    For the safety of guests, staff and our animals please note:

    • Children are supervised at all times
    • You are required to notify staff in advance, of any planned games to ensure suitability
    • Balloons are not to be brought into the Park
    • Alcohol and smoking is not permitted in the Park
    • Party host is welcome to bring in own food and BBQ utensils.
    • We have an onsite BBQ that can be utilised, it is the hosts responsibility to clean after use
    • Please bring BBQ cleaning equipment (paper towel, BBQ wipes)

    Animal Awareness

      You can minimise any potential harm or loss by:
    • Reading the signage at various points around the park
    • Not putting fingers into the enclosures
    • Closing gates behind you
    • Holding hands flat and straight when feeding the animals
    • Removing valuable items such as jewellery before entering bird enclosures
    • Only giving the animals feed that is available for purchase from the Park.

    Payment Terms:Wildside Parties must be pre-paid in full at least 3 days prior.We understand that plans can change and additional people/children can be added on the day. No refunds will be given unless party is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.

    Communication:We may contact you from time to time with news, events and information about the Bunbury Wildlife Park. Your privacy is important to us and we will not disclose your details to any third party under any circumstances

    • Instructions on how to use the BBQ are located at the front of the BBQ hotplate
    • Please allow 5mins for the BBQ to warm to the required temperature.
    • Please place the lid back on the BBQ when it has been cleaned and cooled down.
    • Use the bin provided for all rubbish.
