Got a birthday, sports wind up or Christmas party? Let us make your next party unique with a range of South West Sports Centre party options!

SWSC members receive a 10 % discount on the per person fee. Conditions apply.

    • A minimum of 10 guests is required to book a party.
    • $26.80 per person includes food and drinks
    • A $50 deposit and completed request form must be submitted to SWSC reception.
    • Confirmation of guest numbers and catering requirements together with final payment is required the Wednesday prior to event.  We cannot accept changes to the number of guests after this date.
    • Payment can be made in person at the South West Sports Centre or over the phone using a credit card.
    • No refunds for guests that do not attend the party

    Terms and Conditions

    • IMPORTANT: Please do not send out invitations until your party is confirmed by the Birthday Party Coordinator. In order to avoid disappointment should there be a conflict in pool availability, the SWSC does not accept any responsibility should invitations be sent out prior to receiving a confirmation letter.
    • $26.80 per person and suitable for children turning 5 years or more
    • 10% discount applies to current, financial members of the SWSC. Discount only applies to “per head” rate and does not include additional equipment hire, lolly bags or food.
    • Minimum of 10 party guests required.
    • At least 7 days’ notice must be given for all party bookings. Days and times requested are subject to pool space and staff availability.
    • The following must occur in order to book your party
      • A $50 deposit and completed request form must be submitted to reception
      • A confirmation letter will then be emailed to you by the Birthday Party Coordinator.
    • Full payment, confirmation of guest numbers and catering is required the WEDNESDAY before your party. No changes to numbers or the menu after this date. Thank you.
    • Payment can be made in person at the South West Sports Centre using cash, EFTPOS or credit card. Credit card payments are also accepted over the phone.
    • The parent / guardian is responsible to provide adult supervision (over 16 years of age) at a ratio of 1 adult for every 10 children attending the party.
    • A parent / guardian must be in the water with the group at all times.
    • Please take note of the times of equipment hire, food service and finishing times as outlined in your confirmation letter.
    • The SWSC will provide the optional activities (waterslide) however the parent / guardian will be responsible for co-ordinating and supervising the children. These activities are subject to availability.
    • No refunds for children that do not attend.
    • All guests attending the party will wait as a group in the reception area until being met by the Venue Officer who will escort you to the party area.
    • Please respect our team and your fellow partygoers by promptly leaving when your party is over so we may prepare for the next scheduled party.
    • Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited at the South West Sports Centre.
    • Bringing food and alcohol into the SWSC is strictly prohibited (with the exception of a homemade birthday cake).

    Creche Parties - $53.15 per hour + $30 cleaning fee

    The perfect party location for children aged 7 years and under.

    • Children's themed party room (colour themed decorations)
    • Tables and chairs for littlies
    • Climbing gym
    • Enclosed outdoor grassed area
    • Set up and clean up

    • IMPORTANT: Please do not send out invitations until your party is confirmed by the Creche Senior Officer. The SWSC does not accept any responsibility should invitations be sent out prior to receiving a confirmation letter.
    • $53.15 per hour and suitable for children turning 7 years or under
    • At least 7 days’ notice must be given for all party bookings. Days and times requested are subject to creche space and staff availability.
    • The following must occur in order to book your party
      • A $50 deposit and completed request form must be submitted to reception
      • A confirmation letter will then be emailed to you by the Creche Senior Officer
    • Full payment, confirmation of guest numbers and catering (if required) is required the WEDNESDAY before your party. No changes to numbers or the menu after this date. Thank you.

    • Creche toys and equipment will be packed away and the baby corner unavailable for use for the duration of your party
    • The indoor climbing gym is not suitable for children over the age of 7. Older siblings may attend but reman the responsibility of parents.
    • The Creche room will not be available to use until the start time specified in your booking confirmation
    • Cameras may be used in the creche during the hours of your booking however, they are not permitted in the rest of the Centre.
    • Confetti in the creche is prohibited
    • Alcohol is strictly prohibited
    • Fees and charges are subject to change annually and may be different to what is on this form
    • The hirer is required to vacate the Creche at the expiration of the time specified on the booking form. Failure to do so will result in additional costs being charged to the hirer.
    • The hirer will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of guests using the creche during the hire period.
    • The creche will be fully supervised by the hirer or the staff of the hirer to ensure order and decent behaviour.
    • The hirer is responsible for the cost of any damages incurred by dependent guests/children who wilfully or neglectfully cause such damage.
    • Any damage discovered prior to booking, please report to Reception as this will ensure you will not be held responsible.
    • In the event of an emergency evacuation signal sounding through the PA system, assemble hirer's group together and await staff instructions.

    Food/Catering: Outside food is permitted to be brought into the creche during party hire booking time (except for nuts due to allergies). Catering is available on request from our cafe. We have several catering options available, or we can customise to meet your requirements.
