Hirers should be aware that the Bunbury Regional Art Gallery is primarily an exhibition space.
Bookings will be subject to their suitability to occur alongside the scheduled exhibition program. The rooms for hire are located immediately adjacent to the galleries, therefore some noise from exhibitions and events may occur. Occasionally additional events or curatorial decisions may take place after a booking has been confirmed, which could affect the venue. Any changes will be managed with consideration for all users. Please carefully read through the Conditions of Hire and Emergency Evacuation Procedure before proceeding with a room hire application.
Tables, chairs, urns and cups can be provided by request. BRAG does not provide refreshments and there are no kitchen facilities available. Hirers can bring their own refreshments or use an external provider.
Applications must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to the proposed booking date.

Rooms and Spaces for hire
The Dance Studio is housed on the ground floor and is used predominately for dance classes and workshops. It has unsealed floorboards, a ballet barre and mirror down one side, making it ideal for all styles of dance and performance classes. The Dance Studio is 60m2 and is accessible from the car park adjacent to the Gallery. This room does not have kitchen facilities or air conditioning.
The BRAG courtyard is a large, open area often used for events during the day and evenings. Direct entry is available from the carpark, and access is also available through the main gallery entrance during opening hours. Capacity can be maximised in this area due to the standing room nature of the venue, toilets are also accessed easily from this area.
