WA Adopts National Construction Code (NCC) 2025
Western Australia adopted the NCC 2025 on the 1st of May 2026.
NCC 2022 (Amendments 1 & 2) can continue to be used for building permit applications until 30th of April 2027, after which compliance with NCC 2025 becomes mandatory.
