The revamped schedule introduces two exciting additions: Ceremony and BodyPump Heavy, both tailored for participants aged 16 and over and built to deliver results in just 45 minutes.
Ceremony is a high-intensity, coach-led functional circuit training class that combines strength, cardio, and conditioning into one dynamic session. Designed to challenge the entire body, it’s ideal for those looking to push their limits and elevate their fitness in a supportive, team-based environment.
Meanwhile, BodyPump Heavy offers a more controlled, strength-focused approach. Using slower tempos and heavier weights, this class centres on foundational barbell movements to help participants build lean muscle.
