  • Direct debit enrolment & payment
  • Little Lappers learn-to swim lessons are ongoing and require signing up for fortnightly direct debit payments. Ongoing means lessons will continue until you cancel out of the program (breaking for school holidays). This elim
  • Direct debit payments will be deducted fortnightly on a Monday. Please note you will be debited your first payment on the day of sign up, or the day following, and enrolment is not confirmed until this occurs. Multiple students will be billed separately. Agreeing to our terms and conditions gives the City of Bunbury the authority to direct debit your nominated account.
  • Ezidebit is our third party direct debit payment provider. Payment charges are as follows:
    • Visa or Mastercard - 2% per payment
    • Amex - 4% per payment
    • Bank account - no surcharge incurred
    • Missed payment - $14.80 per missed direct debit
  • Upfront fixed term enrolment & payment
  • Shared and private classes, holiday swim and training programs, all run for a fixed term enrolment. A one-off upfront payment is required to confirm enrolment.
  • Private lessons require a minimum of three lessons paid for upfront at the time of booking. Lessons must run at the same booked time on a consecutive weekly basis eg. 3 sessions booked = 1 lesson per week for three weeks or you may lose your placement. Medical credits apply for private lessons - please see medical credits for missed lessons below
  • Learn-to-swim programs can be enrolled with a one-off upfront payment . Bookings can be made for the remainder of a term (subject to availability) and paid upfront on a pro-rata basis. Enrolment is not confirmed until payment is received. The students place in the class is not held from term to term.
  • It is the customers responsibility to re-enrol at the end of each booking period - preferences for lesson days and times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Cancellations and credits
  • Enrolments can be canceled at any time, however you must give 14 days’ notice prior to the next direct debit date and a cancellation form must be completed to cease payments. Cancellation forms are available at the SWSC, Little Lappers Swim School or on our website. There is no charge for direct debit cancellations. No credits will be given for paid direct debit classes.
  • Medical credits and refunds for missed lessons
  • Credits and refunds will only be given if a medical certificate is supplied. Request for credits and refunds must be received within 14 days of the date of the medical certificate. One medical credit per enrolment in a 10 week period will be allowed upon presentation of a medical certificate. All refunds incur a $15 administration fee. • Non-attendance and repeat direct debit rejections
  • Should a student not attend their lessons for four weeks we will contact you via email and phone using your current details.
