Our program offers a wide range of classes held in our Fit for Life and Group Fit studios, as well as in our 25m and 50m pools.   • Engage in a moderate to low-intensity 45-minute class designed to increase strength, fitness, and overall well-being. This class is suitable for seniors and individuals with stable long-term medical conditions.

  • Join our low-impact 45-minute class that incorporates fitballs to improve range of motion, body alignment, posture, strength, and stability.

  • Experience the beauty of easy-to-follow movements inspired by traditional Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Zen concepts. This 45-minute session focuses on building flexibility, strength, and balance.

  • Dive into our popular 60-minute water workout designed for all swimming abilities. This class is filled with fun and offers a fantastic opportunity to stay active while making new friends through the Aquarians Social Club.

  • Benefit from a 60-minute class conducted in deep water using buoyancy aids. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is particularly beneficial for injury recovery, arthritis, and joint problems.

  • Enjoy a 60-minute combination of shallow and deep water exercises that cater to all fitness levels, ensuring a rewarding and invigorating experience.

  • Immerse yourself in a 45-minute class conducted in waist-deep water, where the water’s resistance aids in reducing stress on joints and minimizing pain. With the use of noodles and dumbbells, you’ll engage in a refreshing workout that supports your body’s weight.
