The community is being encouraged to have their say on the Greater Bunbury Region Bicycle Master Plan.
The plan was first created in 2012 as a joint venture between the South West Development Commission, City of Bunbury, Shire of Capel, Shire of Dardanup and the Shire of Harvey to identify the most regionally significant cycling routes in the Bunbury Geographe area.
The plan has been significant and has helped applications for funding for projects along Bussell Highway, Parade Road and Estuary Drive. The SWDC is undertaking a review of the plan to which community input is now sought.
A Community Drop In Session will be held regarding the review of the GBRBMP on 19 April from 5pm-8pm in the Ocean Room at the City of Bunbury administration centre, where members of the public can attend to voice their requests for additions or changes to the current plan.
Three other drop-in sessions will be held in neighbouring shires.
