Group Fitness Pop-Up sessions are hitting the South West Sports Centre on Monday, 6 April, and everyone is invited.

8:30am - 9:30am

Hit the bike and ride to powerful music in this motivating indoor cycling session. Set your pace and challenge yourself as you take on the terrain.
9:30am - 10:30am
BodyPump
Instructor: Ren
Build strength and tone your whole body in this barbell-based workout, suitable for all fitness levels.
And to top it off… there might just be a sweet, chocolatey treat waiting for you at the end of each session.
