Be a voice, not an echo, the Youth Advisory Council (YAC) empowers young people to have a genuine say in shaping Bunbury and the Bunbury-Geographe region.
Providing advice to Bunbury City Council on issues affecting local youth, YAC leads in supporting youth-driven initiatives.
Through monthly workshops and working groups alongside City of Bunbury Councillors, members help plan events such as Youth Zones, in conjunction with events like SkyFest, Youth Week, and PrideFEST.
YAC contribute valuable community feedback and represents young people at key civic and leadership events. They also ensure youth voices aren’t just heard - they help lead the way.
