Stirling Street Crosswalk Works
Stirling Street (between Spencer Street and Blair Street) will be closed Sunday, 10 May from 6am to 10am to allow for essential crosswalk maintenance.
All other City Centre access points will remain open, so you can still enjoy a morning out, grab brunch, or pop into town as planned.

Minninup Road and Spencer Street Intersection Works
From Monday 4 May, the City will be carrying out maintenance works at the intersection of Minninup Road and Spencer Street.
The works will involve resitting a drainage lid, including:
- Removal and replacement of road surface
- Lifting and resitting of the drainage lid and slab
- Road base compaction and resurfacing
Works are scheduled to take place between 7am and 5pm. During construction, one lane will be closed with traffic management onsite to assist the safe flow of traffic. Residents will still have access to their homes, and disruption to local businesses is expected to be minimal.

Armanta Drive Traffic Calming Works
From Monday 25 May, the City will be carrying out traffic calming works in Carey Park, on the section of road where Armanta Drive intersects with Twilight Terrace.
The works will include:
- Traffic calming and intersection improvements
- Drainage upgrades
- Road resurfacing
- An upgraded bus stop
During construction, there will be short term road closures and lane restrictions to allow the works to be carried out safely. Residents will still be able to get to and from their homes, with traffic controllers onsite to assist.
The project is expected to take around five to six weeks to complete.

Sandridge, Picton and King Roads Intersection Reseal Works
Reseal works will take place at the four‑way intersection of Sandridge Road, Picton Road and King Road in East Bunbury. This includes profiling and resealing all approaches to the intersection.
Nightworks are scheduled to begin on Monday 16 March and are expected to finish on Friday 20 March. Works will take place each night from 7pm to 6am.
As part of the upgrade, the traffic light loops will also be replaced to maintain safe and reliable signal operation.

One lane will remain open throughout the works, with traffic management onsite to guide detours and assist drivers.

McCombe Road Repair Works in Davenport
Repair works will be carried out along McCombe Road, between Halifax Drive and Gibbons Road in Davenport.
Works are scheduled for 23 March to 7 April 2026 and are planned for daytime hours.
Crews will be repairing areas of sunken road to improve safety and create a smoother driving surface. These targeted fixes help prevent further wear and keep the road in good working condition for users.
Traffic management will be in place throughout the project. Partial and full closures may be required at times to keep the area safe. Businesses in Davenport will remain accessible, and onsite crews will be available to assist drivers moving through the work zone.
