Laugh Your Way to Wellness!
Join in the fun at the Bunbury Laughter Club's weekly Laughter Yoga sessions. Laughter yoga is a fun, gentle exercise combining laughter games, clapping, chants, and deep breathing. Not only is laughter the best medicine for reducing stress, boosting mood, and building social connections, but laughing together is contagious and guaranteed to brighten your day!
When: Every Saturday, 10am – 11am during school term
