Lot 103 McCombe Road and Lot 101 Gibbons Road: Registration of Interest

The City of Bunbury invites registrations of interest for a rare industrial land development opportunity.

The City of Bunbury invites registrations of interest from experienced developers, investors and industry operators for the proposed disposal of two strategically located industrial land parcels within the Halifax Industrial Park precinct in Davenport.

Offering outstanding access to major transport infrastructure, the Port of Bunbury and Bunbury Airport, this unique opportunity presents the chance to establish or expand industrial operations in one of the South West's most important employment and economic growth areas.

The sites have been identified as strategic assets capable of supporting new investment, employment generation and long-term economic development outcomes for Bunbury and the wider region.

Why Bunbury?

Bunbury is the economic capital of the South West and one of Western Australia's fastest-growing regional cities. Home to a diverse industrial base, established freight networks, a skilled workforce and one of Australia's busiest regional ports, Bunbury offers a compelling environment for business growth and investment.

Strategically positioned to service regional, national and international markets, Bunbury continues to attract investment across advanced manufacturing, logistics, agribusiness, renewable energy and industrial services. As industry demand grows across the South West, opportunities to secure well-positioned industrial land within established precincts are becoming increasingly rare.
