The City of Bunbury is progressing the sale of a vacant, residentially-zoned lot at 89 Beach Road, South Bunbury as part of its commitment to addressing Bunbury's housing crisis. This lot is not part of Big Swamp Nature Reserve, is not classified as public open space, and has been zoned Residential since 2015. No final decision has been made - the sale must come back to Council for formal consideration with public advertising.
