Netball

At the South West Sports Centre, we have both Ladies and Mixed netball available throughout the year.

Daytime: Our Ladies daytime competition runs every Wednesday during the season at 9:30 and 10:20am. It is $55 per team to nominate.

Night-time: Our Ladies night competition runs every Monday night during the Winter and Summer seasons, commencing at 6pm. It is $66 per team to nominate.

Our popular Mixed competition is run every Thursday evening commencing at 6pm in Winter and 6:30pm in Summer. It is $66 per team to nominate.

Fees

Nomination Fee

To be paid at the time of nominating. Nominations cannot be accepted without payment of the nomination fee - Ladies Daytime $66

Ladies Daytime

Game Fee – $66 To be paid before your game each week. A receipt will be issued that must be presented to the umpires. Games will not commence until both teams have given their receipt of payment to the umpires.

Forfeits

Forfeit fees apply and must be paid before playing the following week. (See By-Laws section 17).
Failure to make game payment will result in Premiership points being frozen and your team potentially being removed from the competition (Game fees still apply).

Finals

There will be 1 week of finals for ladies daytime netball competitions. Teams who play in the finals will be required to pay a weekly game fee for each final played.

By-Laws

Games shall be played in accordance with the Centre By-Laws. All teams will receive a copy of the By-Laws before the commencement of the season. Signing this form agrees that you have received a copy of the By-Laws.

On behalf of the team named on this form, I declare that we will participate in all matches programmed for the duration of the season, including finals and undertake to honour all fines (including a $100 fee if my team withdraws from the competition) and suspensions that may be imposed on this team by the sports management of the South West Sports Centre. I, further again being authorised by the team and on behalf of all members who may fill in for the team, agree to fully indemnify the sports centre, and all employees of the South West Sports Centre, against any claims arising which may be made against them as a result of our teams use of, participation in or presence within the sports centre premises.*
