What is RPM?
RPM is a 45 minute group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you will annihilate calories without the impact on your body.
Ride to the beat of the music as your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. All the while you'll be achieving amazing fitness and fat-burning results.

Les Mills RPM is suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities. Our experienced RPM instructors will help you with correct bike set up and they offer optional modifications throughout to accommodate individual fitness levels and/or injuries.

- There are a limited number of bikes in each class - first in, best dressed
- You will be asked to complete a casual participant waiver prior to your first class.
