Let the warmth of our vibrant community and the energy of our expert instructors melt away the cold. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned enthusiast, our diverse lineup—from heart-pumping HIIT to soothing yoga—offers something for every goal and mood.

What's New?

  • Les Mills Core - Say goodbye to boring crunches and hello to a 30 minute workout that will have you firing up your core, sculpting your abs, improving your posture, toning your legs and butt. Pair this class with another to create the ultimate double workout!
  • Club Fiesta - Prepare to groove, move and dance like nobody's watching. This 45 minute low impact class cardio class is for all ages with easy-to-follow dance moves. Tuesday 10:30am and Friday 5:45pm
  • Aqua Interval - Finish off your week with an additional Friday morning Aqua Interval class at 8:00am
  • Yoga - Tackle hump-day with a mid week zen session? Try the new Wednesday 11:30am Yoga class
  • Friday evening finisher - You'll be able to cozy up on the couch guilt-free, after you've smashed out a 45 minute Bodypump class at 5:00pm Friday evening
  • Time adjustments - we're all time poor so we've made a few adjustments to some of our class start times to make it easier for you to get your workouts in.
