Feedback from our members and instructor team has lead to a couple of changes to the Group Fitness timetable.  Nothing major, just a few tweaks to reflect changing instructor availability and requests from our members.

What's new?

  • Fit Mix - a brand new program in the functional training room with Trish, this lower intensity workout is perfect for those with a beginner to intermediate level of fitness.  Fit Mix is a combination of strength, cardio and core exercises incorporating wall-pilates, body-weight training and stretching.
  • Bodycombat - finish off your week with a Friday 6:00am Bodycombat class.
  • Yoga - We've added a couple of morning Yoga classes on Tuesdays at 10:30am and Wednesday 11:30am.  Please note, Wednesday 6:30pm Yoga is no longer offered.
