Together with the City of Bunbury, we are excited to be facilitating free health and wellness programs for youth aged 11 to 16 years, at Koolambidi Woola.
Aimed at youth who may face barriers participating in regular exercise programs, there are two 6 week programs on offer - YouthFit and Teen Tai Chill.

YouthFit | Monday's 4pm - 5pm 20 May to 24 June | YouthFit is a strength and cardio workout designed specifically for young people. SWSC Personal Trainer Trish, will teach participants how to workout effectively with correct form and help them develop an understanding of the principles of strength training. |
Tai Chill | Wednesday's 4pm -5pm 22 May to 26 June | Tai Chill is an awesome way to chill out and find your zen while focusing on developing flexibility, strength and balance. Join instructor Kelly from South West Sports Centre who will guide participants through the graceful movements of Tai Chi, helping to connect mind, body, and spirit. Where is Koolambidi Woola?
Koolambidi Woola refers to the youth precinct/skate park located at 1 Blair Street, Bunbury (opposite the Cinema)
Do parents need to be present?
No, you are welcome to drop off and collect your child after each session
We missed the first couple of weeks, can my child still attend?
Yes, absolutely. We'd love your child to join in at any stage of the program
There is information about my child you need to know before they participate. How can I share this with you?
Every participant will need to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire prior to their first session. We also invite you arrive early at your child's first session to discuss any concerns you may have with our trainers.
What if it's raining, will the sessions still be on?
Yes. When it's fine weather, we'll get outdoors as much as possible but if it's raining, we can move into the building at Koolambidi Woola.
Can my child attend both the Youthfit and Tai Chill program?
Yes, absolutely!
