Get ready to sweat, move and kickstart your fitness journey.

Join the South West Sport Centre crew for a fun and energetic afternoon. There is something for everyone and for all fitness levels.

Three sessions available, join one or all three.

Sessions include:

Body Combat (3.00pm to 3.45pm) with Art & Tiana

A high-energy martial arts-inspired, non-contact workout. It's designed to improve your fitness and strength by training your entire body.

What does it involve?

  • Punching, kicking, and high knees
  • Jabs, uppercuts, and hooks
  • Push-ups, burpees, squats, and lunges
  • Functional training moves that improve coordination, agility, and speed

Bootcamp (4.00pm – 4.45pm) with Chelsea

Enjoy a workout extravaganza led by one of our awesome South West Sport Centre Personal Trainers. Our PTs know their stuff and will guide you through an interactive session with specifically tailored stations and equipment to suit developing bodies and abilities. Expect battle ropes, sand bags and slam balls to get bootcamp fit.

Club Fiesta (5.00pm to 5.45pm) with Jane - CANCELLED*

*Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Club Fiesta session for Youth Woola Boola has been cancelled for this school holidays. Those who have reserved a spot have been contacted about this session not proceeding. The Body Combat and Bootcamp sessions will continue as planned.
