Join Shala Yoga for a deeply warming winter yoga journey designed to nurture the body, calm the mind, and invite you inward during the colder months.
It begins with a guided meditation to encourage introspection and grounding as you connect with your breath.
From there, move through a warming flow to gently build heat from within, awaken the body, and melt away winter stiffness through mindful, fluid movement. After a short pause to rest and reset, we transition into a slow, grounding yin practice, where longer-held poses and soothing massage invite deep release and comfort.
The experience closes with a restorative sound bath of crystal singing bowls and vocal tones, creating a cocoon of warmth and calm—like being wrapped in sound on a winter’s day.
Doors open 10-15 minutes before start time. Please bring your own water bottle, socks and jumper.
