Football Australia has announced that the CommBank Matildas will play a match at our popular Hands Oval precinct in July.
Playing in Perth on 26 and 29 June, the Matildas will head to Bunbury on Saturday, 5 July 2025 to host Central American nation Panama.
The matches will serve as further building for the CommBank Matildas as they continue their journey towards the AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026.
This is yet another historic moment for Bunbury and our impressive new Hands Oval precinct, highlighting our city’s growing reputation as a hub for major sporting events.
A massive thanks to Football Australia, the State Government and Tourism WA for having the confidence in Bunbury and bringing this amazing event here for our community to enjoy.
Where to get tickets for the Matildas v Panama in Bunbury
Tickets will go on pre-sale for Football Australia account holders on Tuesday, 13 May 2025 at 10am (WST)
General public tickets are available on Tuesday, 13 May 2025 at 4.00pm (WST). Tickets from Ticketmaster.
$2 (plus GST) from every ticket sold will be donated to the CommBank ParaMatildas and CommBank Pararoos, Australia's CP national teams for male and female footballers with cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury or symptoms from a stroke.
