Together with the City of Bunbury, the South West Sports Centre are facilitating a free health and wellness programs for youth aged 11 to 16 years, at Koolambidi Woola.

Aimed at young people who may face barriers participating in regular exercise programs, Teen Tai Chill is an awesome way to chill out and find your zen while focusing on developing flexibility, strength and balance.

Join instructor's from the South West Sports Centre who will guide participants through the graceful movements of Tai Chi, helping to connect mind, body and spirit. Say goodbye to stress and hello to serenity.
