The City of Bunbury is inviting local sporting clubs and organisations to attend a club development workshop later this month.
The workshop will be presented by Bill Kostandas from Sports Strategic Partners and will focus on strategic planning.
Topics include:
- Understanding the difference between Strategic and Business Plans
- Developing the Vision Mission and Values purposes
- The development and structure of a Strategic Plan
- How to develop an action plan to implement the goals from the Strategic Plan
How to monitor and evaluate your progress and adjust and review your plan if needed
This is a free event with an opportunity for clubs to share their experiences, best practices as well as network.
