Youth Week celebrations wrapped up in style with Youth Woola Boola, attracting a strong turnout of young people and community members to the Koolambidi Woola youth precinct.
Delivered by the City’s Community Development Team in partnership with the Youth Advisory Council (YAC), the afternoon brought the precinct to life with live music from DJ Dom and Layerz, interactive activations and a welcoming atmosphere designed especially for young people.
Beyond the music and the energy, it was the connections that made the day truly special – young people coming together, sharing stories, having a laugh, and telling us loud and clear, ‘do it again!’.
That’s exactly the kind of feedback that reminds us why events like this matter to Bunbury. Youth Woola Boola wasn’t just a celebration – it was a reflection of our commitment to creating meaningful spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and valued in our community.
