Public Notice – Adoption of Local Planning Policy 2.2 – Unhosted Short Term Accommodation & Revocation of Local Planning Policies 2.8 & 2.9

At its meeting of 11 November 2025 Council resolved to:

Adopt Local Planning Policy 2.2: Unhosted Short-Term Accommodation and Unrestricted Length of Stay, and to revoke Local Planning Policy 2.8 Unrestricted Residential Accommodation, and Local Planning Policy 2.9 Unrestricted Residential Occupation.
