Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Bunbury is currently considering the abovementioned and is seeking public comment.

At its meeting of 27 June 2023, Council resolved to proceed to advertise the proposed Tree Streets Heritage Area and associated Local Planning Policy 4.3 (LPP). The LPP includes a statement of significance; heritage area boundary; level of contribution and design guidance.

The proposal also seeks to amend the City of Bunbury Local Heritage Survey with the inclusion of the heritage area in accordance with the Heritage Act 2018.
