Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Bunbury is considering the abovementioned proposal and details are as follows:

The application proposes a Change of Use from ‘Single House’ to ‘Community Purpose’ at LOT247 (#70) Timperley Road South Bunbury. The proposed use involves the following:

  • A maximum of four staff.
  • For the majority of the time, a maximum of four clients / customers.
  • Occasional group counselling / workshop sessions with a maximum of ten clients / customers.
  • The hours of operation of the office component being Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
  • The walk-in counselling service will be limited to three days per week, during office hours only.

‘Community Purpose’ is an A use in the Private Community Purpose Zone meaning the application requires advertising to adjoining landowners and occupiers prior to a decision being made.

A hard copy of the application will also be held at the front counter of the City’s Administration Centre located at 4 Stephen Street Bunbury.
