The City of Bunbury gives notice of its intention to make the Waste Amendment Local Law, the purpose of which is to provide for the regulation, control and management of waste services within the City of Bunbury
The effect of the local law is to establish the requirements with which any owner or occupier of premises using local government waste services, including the use of receptacles for the deposit and collection of waste within the district, must comply.
Copies of the Waste Amendment Local Law may be inspected by downloading from the City of Bunbury website below or can also be viewed in person at the City of Bunbury Administration building, 4 Stephen Street.
Submissions on the review of the Waste Amendment Local Law are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, via either post or email to records@bunbury.wa.gov.au. Submissions are to be received by Friday, 13 September 2026.
