Proposal to dispose of property - Hangar Site 52, Bunbury Airport, Lot 507 South Western Highway, Davenport

Pursuant to Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Bunbury hereby gives public notice of its intention to lease portion of Lot 507 South Western Highway, Davenport to Mark Jeffrey Roesner for the rental amount of $2,757.89 per annum.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal. Submissions should be in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 21, Bunbury WA 6231 (or delivered to the Administration Centre, 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury) no later than 4pm on Tuesday 21 November 2023.
