The City of Bunbury gives notice that the new Parking Amendment Local Law 2024 will come into operation from 4 March 2024.
The purpose of the new Parking Amendment Local Law 2024 is to is to repeal the existing Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law and to establish the requirements and conditions with which any persons parking or standing a vehicle within the district must comply.
The effect of the new Parking Amendment Local Law 2024 is to provide for the regulation, control and management of parking and standing of vehicles generally, and for the regulation, control and management of parking facilities.
The new amendment local law may be obtained by downloading it below or can also be viewed in person at the City of Bunbury Administration building, 4 Stephen Street.
