The City of Bunbury is proud to celebrate NAIDOC Week 2026, which runs from 5 to 12 July under the national theme 50 Years of Deadly.
For five decades, NAIDOC Week has celebrated the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities - steady, unapologetic and proud. 50 Years of Deadly marks a milestone. It's a tribute to the Elders who stood firm, the organisers who made space, the artists who turned resistance into expression, and the communities who keep showing up, year after year.
In Bunbury Goomburrup, we have a strong, proud and vibrant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. We encourage everyone to get involved in the celebrations this NAIDOC Week.
