Koombana Drive from the Dolphin Discovery Centre roundabout to Blair Street and then Blair Street southbound from Koombana Drive to Haley Street between 11.30am to 1.15pm.
We apologise for the inconvenience and ask motorists to please avoid the area and seek an alternative route during this time.
