Learn about the benefits of strength training to improve your health span with experienced Physiotherapist Lee Schneider.
In this introductory session you will discover:
- What strength training is and how it differs from other forms of exercise
- The unique benefits of strength training
- Strategies for getting started
At the end of the session there will be an opportunity to ask questions. Lee is a Physiotherapist at Brecken Health Bunbury where he coordinates the Strength for Life program, which is a supportive social group focussed on building strength, balance and physical confidence in people over the age of 55.
