Come celebrate the opening of the 2026 South West Biennial at the Bunbury Regional Art Gallery on Saturday, 21 March, starting at 5pm.
Showcasing works by 28 artists from Australia’s south western regions, alongside several solo and collaborative installations by internationally acclaimed artists, the Biennial functions as a mapping of the region’s creative landscape and a meeting point where local and visiting artists intersect. Together, their works trace the vibrant connections between people, place, and materiality - shaping the Biennial as a collective act of remembrance, making, and renewal.
Immerse yourself in an evening of cultural exploration and contemporary art. In partnership with Always Good Nights, the night features live entertainment by Brightsider, the presentation of Award winners, food and wine from the South West and brews by Rocky Ridge Brewing.
