PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT BUNBURY FARMERS MARKET (USE NOT LISTED)

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Bunbury is currently considering the abovementioned proposal.  

Details of the development and works in association with the Bunbury Farmer’s Market are as follows: 

  • Revised access arrangements, through Lot 726 Jubilee Road, reconfiguration of car park and circulation (including one-way system);

  • Restricted vehicular access for up to three delivery vehicles only via Jubilee Road, modifying condition 19 of Development Approval 2012/278/1;

  • Siting of two sea containers (dry storage) on east boundary of lot;

  • Modified pedestrian pathways;

  • Extension to the rear of existing Bunbury Farmers Market building to provide additional storeroom and incorporation of click and collect facilities; and

  • Modifications to lunch bar.
