LOT41 #21 Holman Street Bunbury Proposed Amendment to Original Development Approval
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Bunbury is currently considering the abovementioned proposal.
The amendment relates to a variation to the approved building height (top of external wall with concealed roof) from 23.0m to a maximum 24.19m.
Documents are also available for viewing at the City of Bunbury No. 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury during office hours (8.30am - 5pm weekdays) up to and including Wednesday 22nd May 2019.
Submissions are currently open to make comment on the development application.
