LOT 411 (#71) MCCOMBE ROAD, DAVENPORT - PROPOSED CHANGE OF USE TO ‘CIVIC USE’

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Bunbury is currently considering the abovementioned proposal.

The subject application proposes a change of use from ‘Recreation-private’, ‘Industry-light’ and ‘Showroom/warehouse’ to ‘Civic use’. The application proposes to have 50 full-time employees onsite during the proposed hours of operation being Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm.

The relevant submission form and document hard copies are available for viewing at the City of Bunbury offices located at 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury during office hours (8.30am - 5pm weekdays) or electronically via the following attachments up to and including Tuesday 19 October 2021.
