Welcome to the procurement section of the City of Bunbury’s website. This section is here to assist businesses in quoting or tendering for work with the City of Bunbury.
From the 1 November 2018, the City of Bunbury will be using an online quotation tool called VendorPanel to simplify the way the City seeks quotations and tenders from potential suppliers. VendorPanel is used by many organisations to increase transparency and compliance and provides a contemporary tool for local businesses to engage with the City.
VendorPanel has two parts to it that may be of interest to local businesses.
VendorPanel MarketPlace (quotes from to $2-50k) – City Officers will issue quotation requests through the VendorPanel Marketplace so when a quotation is issued by a City Officer that fits your business category you will be invited to provide a quotation.
Public Tenders (quotes and tenders over $50k) – City Officers will issue a quotation or tender on the open market through VendorPanel which shall also include state and/or local newspaper advertising. In line with the VendorPanel Marketplace, your business will be presented with an opportunity to provide a quotation/tender. Click here to view all currently advertised tenders
If the City requests a quotation or tender from your business, you’ll be notified via email and can easily review our request and securely submit your quotation/tender through VendorPanel, just follow the prompts. Using Vendor Panel is a no-risk and simple way of accessing more business opportunities.
How do you register ?
To have your business included on the Vendor Panel Marketplace and Public Tenders could not be easier. Registration is free and only takes about 5 minutes to create a profile.
Simply Click Here to register and follow the prompts.
