Bunbury Community Garden

Bunbury Community Garden

The Bunbury Community Garden is a communal garden where both residents and groups are welcome to share in the gardening fun. Opening in 2015 the garden is a great place to meet people and learn new skills. Whilst gardening is our focus, we aim to be a multi-purpose community hub to ensure there is something for everyone.

Located behind Withers Community Library the garden incorporates a large open space with three large bricked garden beds surrounded by lawn and shady trees. We are equipped to run a range of activities including education and training, arts and creative activities, workshops and guest speakers. Most importantly we love to prepare and share healthy fresh food.

We are fully accessible with all garden beds raised and joined by a wide even foot path. Free parking is available including ACROD bays.

If you are a keen gardener, or you have expertise in the fields of gardening, cooking, food preservation, health and wellbeing, building or art we welcome you to join our volunteer committee, positions are currently OPEN.

Sign up as a member or join our volunteer working committee, either way please register with us today.

All registered members will be kept informed with our News Bulletin, so don’t forget to supply an email address and ensure you are kept up-to-date with our activities and events.
